Focusing on specialized areas of the law, Patrick LePley has earned a reputation as an expert in all types of tort and insurance law. He has written or has contributed to many of the laws that protect the Washington consumer. He is frequently in Olympia and Washington DC speaking with legislators and executives, working to protect those laws from special interests who seek to increase profits over protecting people.

Elizabeth actively works with the Washington State Association of Justice to change state laws on behalf of injured workers. She is a member of the Legislative Steering Committee, Workers’ Compensation Committee, Women of WSAJ, and former member of the Board of Governors.
