Elizabeth LePley is a Seattle native, like her father. Elizabeth champions for those whose voices are overshadowed by louder ones. Her expertise lies in personal injury, insurance bad faith, ERISA, and workers’ compensation claims. She has also gained a reputation for driving change within the public school systems around the Puget Sound, advocating for students who are bullied or harassed by their peers.
Elizabeth actively works with the Washington State Association of Justice to change state laws on behalf of injured workers.
She is a member of the Legislative Steering Committee, Workers’ Compensation Committee, Women of WSAJ, and former member of the Board of Governors.
